Bush Fire Assessment Reports

Bush Fire Assessment Reports are required for infill development (dwellings/alterations/additions), subdivisions, rezonings, community buildings, industrial and commercial buildings, and special fire protection purpose (SFPP) developments such as childcare centres, schools and aged care centres.

Bush Fire Reports include an assessment against Planning for Bushfire Protection 2019 and the requirements for asset protection zones, landscaping, access design, and water and gas supply. 

This assessment may require us to work with your consultant team including the town planner, arborist, architect and ecologist to address the constraints of your project.
